Tottenham host Liverpool at Wembley on Sunday in what promises to be a thrilling Premier League encounter.

Despite Spurs performing consistently better than the Reds over the last few years, Liverpool have not lost to the north London club in any of their last nine matches. Mauricio Pochettino, the Tottenham manager, has only beaten Liverpool twice in his managerial career, and both of those victories occured whilst he was in charge of Southampton.

Pochettino’s side know a victory over the Anfield club will move them level on points with Manchester United, who were on the end of a surprising defeat at the hands of Huddersfield Town on Saturday. They would need to score at least nine goals to move ahead of the Red Devils, but even just pulling level with the second-placed club will keep Spurs well in the title race.

Liverpool can move back into the top four with a seven-goal victory, while a defeat would leave them 12 points behind leaders Manchester City after nine games.

So, who has been selected for the clash at Wembley? The confirmed teams can be seen, in full, below…

Tottenham Hotspur XI: Lloris, Alderweireld, Sanchez, Vertonghen, Trippier, Alli, Winks, Aurier, Eriksen, Son, Kane
