The midfielder netted 12 times in Serie A and visiting scouts from across Europe were impressed by him.

Juventus and Real Madrid have both shown a strong interest in Milinkovic-Savic, who is now no longer a target for Manchester United.

The Old Trafford club had been keen on signing the 23-year-old, however his reported £130million price tag has put them off.

Chelsea though are, according to Corriere dello Sport, now weighing up a move for Milinkovic-Savic this summer.

The Blues had not been planning to bring in the midfielder but they are tracking him following the appointment of Maurizio Sarri.

The Italian is said to be a huge fan of the Serbia international and Chelsea may now press ahead with a deal for him.
